EclecticBody Mind And Modem

Body/Mind Games Aikido helps you develop calmness and relaxation by giving you feedback on your mind/body state. Keep one-point, think positive, relax, and you'll do great. (They even give you tips on how to do this while you're playing.) Tighten up and get nervous, though, and you won't stand a chance.
