I use this blog to reflect and distill my thinking about simulations and games for learning. I look for ready to use resources to quickly create active learning experiences that engage and inform. I also share, news, ideas, and just for fun.

Friday Fun: Play Catch the Furball with Friends

Here is some Friday entertainment. Catch the Furball is an icebreaker-like game for friends to play around a computer. It is partly based on another game called Generica. To play Generica you need to make a board, and print out/cut up cards. You can play Catch the Furball from the web. All from Jonathans Corner.

The game could be used in a synchronous learning session for a revealing opener. The source code is also available on the site for your use or customization.
